I have worked as a personal trainer for over eight years now, with a huge variety of clients; both male and female, ranging in age and ability. My training methods include interval workouts, boxing, weight training, core strengthening, cardio, circuits and pilates inspired routines. I am also fully qualified in pre and post natal training and with two young children have a full understanding of the way the female body changes through this period and how to safely re-engage the body post partum. Alongside my training I offer nutritional advice and healthy eating plans in order to assist my clients in having a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. I work from my  studios in Edgware and Bushey: classes taking place in Edgware. My hope is that training is both challenging and enjoyable at the same time.
