Emma's Ab Attack!
For everyone asking for an ab workout to do anytime, anywhere, here you go!!
All you need is a little space on the floor and a dose of determination! Ten minutes of pure abs, working the upper and lower stomach areas, plus the oblique (aka side) muscles!
Things to remember:
- Engage the core throughout by squeezing the abdominals
- Work to keep the lower back on the floor at all times
- Exhale on the upward movement with the crunches
- Keep the chin away from the chest and the elbows held wide
Have a go at this three times a week and you will get those core muscles working nice and hard and be well on your way to achieving a strong and toned stomach!
