Muffin Top Madness!


If the muffin top region is your trouble spot fear not! Get yourself started on a high intensity combination workout, mixing up both strength and cardio vascular activity. This will reduce your waistline and get your abs feeling tight and toned, fitting into all those tight skirts and trousers with no overhang!! The following workout is designed to boost your metabolism and speed up fat loss, whilst at the same time tightening up all those loose areas.

Workout:

Carry out as many as you can of each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each one. When you have completed all the exercises take a 2 minute break and then repeat for two more sets, so by the end you have completed 3 full sets of exercises.
