Work your whole body as hard as your can for only 8 minutes with this high intensity tabata workout!!

20 seconds of each exercise with a 10 second gap in between each one for a total of 8 minutes only! (4 rounds)

SO:

20 seconds jumping jacks

10 second rest

20 seconds burpees

10 seconds rest

20 seconds squat jumps

10 seconds rest

20 seconds lunge jumps

1 Minute rest... and repeat 3 more times!!
