Women's Running Magazine


This month I was asked to produce a video for Women's Running Magazine demonstrating some exercises that would help runners strengthen their pelvic floor after having a baby so they are able to pick up their running and avoid any accidents!

Pelvic floor exercises are crucial after having a baby, but any weaknesses will be even more noticeable for those engaging in high impact activities... so take a look at the video below for some of my favourite moves to help target this area :)
