Remember that regular exercise coupled with a healthy eating plan will assist you in achieving the body you are after, through losing weight, being active and toning up.
Training Programmes and Services Provided
PERSONAL 1-2-1 TRAINING
Training on a one to one basis is often a preferred option as it means the workout can be tailored exactly towards your personal goals, whether it be to lose weight, tone up a specific area or to improve fitness ahead of a specific goal, such as a race or challenge.
There is the option of working inside or outdoors, according to your preference, and one to ones allow flexibility to suit your daily schedule. I would also monitor your day to day activity in accordance with your fitness goals and provide healthy eating plans in order that your diet compliments the physical exerciset that we do.
If you have a specific medical condition or concern and are worried about training I am fully qualified to work with you to improve your fitness and work in conjunction with any weaknesses that you may have. Often we shy away from activity when in actual fact the best thing we can do is get the body moving in the correct and most effective way.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE & PLANS
Exercise and healthy eating work in conjunction which is why I place much emphasis on diet. I offer nutritional plans, healthy eating ideas and advice and do's and don'ts when it comes to food alongside my fitness training.
TRAINING WITH A FRIEND & GROUP SESSIONS
Training with a friend can be great fun and the perfect way to motivate you to get moving. Once again you can choose where you wish to workout and goals are set according to your fitness levels and aims.
This kind of training may also be preferable as it allows you to split the cost.
