Pre & Post Natal Training
Working out during pregnancy can sometimes worry mums-to-be. I am fully qualified in this area and can instruct clients correctly as to what they can and can't do through their pregnancy. Often training during pregnancy can assist birth as well as make you feel more energised during this period.
It is really important once you have given birth to allow the body to heal and avoid anything that may cause injury. There are a huge range of exercises that can get you on the right track and I can offer specialist support in this area. It's also not a problem to bring the little one along - squats with babies can be very effective!

If you feel more comfortable working out alone I offer tailor made programmes to suit your needs, working through any specific trouble spots and taking into consideration any areas that need strengthening both during and after pregnancy. We will work to make you confident in your body's own ability and energise you through this period where you may feel somewhat exhausted!
