Group exercise classes:
Don't want to pay a gym membership for classes and want to avoid getting stuck at the back behind 30 other people all fighting for a spot?
If that's the case my small and focussed classes may be what you are looking for. I hold several classes a week, working with small groups to provide individual attention to all those attending. Classes include cardio work, resistance bands, strengthening and core training, aiming to improve fitness, aid weight loss and encourage all over body strengthening, co-ordination and flexibility.
There's no need to pay any membership fee, it is purely pay as you go. You just need to book in ahead of the class so I can be sure that we don't have too many to a class. Classes are £10 a go, or special rates if several are booked in advance.
