Lie on your side with your knees straight
Prop your upper body on your left elbow and forearm, with the elbow directly under the shoulder
Squeeze the core
Raise your hops until your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders, keeping your head in line with the body
Hold this position for 30 seconds then rest for 15 and repeat. Then switch and do the same on the other side.
