Easter Weekend HIIT Workout!

Have a GOOD Friday!!! 

This is simple, four combo moves, 40 seconds of each with 20 seconds rest in between each one. 5 rounds... work as hard as you can for the 20 mins and you are allowed an Easter egg... simple as 😂😉

1. 6 x high knees 4 lunge jumps

2. 5 press ups 10 mountains

3. 5 squat jumps, 5 squat thrusts 

4. Crawl out alternate shoulder slap back up followed by crawl out commando plank and back up

If you’re not knackered by the end you’re either not working hard enough or I need to up my game... just let me know 😂😂😂😂 happy Easter one and all!!! X
