A Little Bit About Me
I have worked as a Personal Trainer for over ten years now, with a huge variety of clients; both male and female, ranging in age and ability. My training methods include HIIT and cardio based workouts, pilates, both mat and reformer, boxing, weight training, core strengthening and conditioning. I am also fully qualified in Pre and Post Natal training and with three young children have a full understanding of the way the female body changes through this period and how to safely re-engage the body post partum. One of my key focusses is bringing together mind and body and appreciating the range of benefits that moving and exercising has on our mental health.
Alongside my training I offer nutritional advice and healthy eating plans in order to assist my clients in having a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. I work from my studios in Edgware and Bushey and most recently have shifted a lot of my work online to ensure people can keep up their workout routines from home
My hope is that training is both challenging and enjoyable at the same time. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
