‘Having not exercised in 10 years I was extremely nervous about starting an exercise regime.  However I needn't have been.  Emma has completely changed my attitude towards exercise and in the 9 months I have been seeing her I have seen my fitness levels soar and my confidence increase so much so that I am running a 10k this summer. Emma is encouraging and humorous and the perfect PT, - she knows just what to say and do.... I genuinely look forward to my sessions with her and hate it if I ever have to miss a week.’

After having a baby by c-section my body was just not the same. I started classes with Emma and felt the results so quickly. After a few weeks I noticed the difference and was certainly much fitter and more toned. I appreciated the personal attention and alternative exercises she gave me during the class as it was tailored to my physical abilities and limitations. Emma is motivating and firm ensuring that you leave her class feeling the difference. The circuit class is particularly good incorporating cardiovascular with toning exercises. Hey Emma, have gotten SO into your classes the last month or so - really wish I'd discovered them earlier!!! Find them easy to follow and love that there are options depending on level etc. It also helps to be on camera as I can't escape and find it super helpful to be corrected. [....] The zoom set up works so well and would be so great if you continue some of them even when the world goes back to normal. It's also so good to be able to commit at the last minute once I know the kids will be sleeping'
