Personal Training and Doubles
Personal Training sessions are tailored to an individual's needs, preferences and intentions, working on specific programmes to help them achieve their goals. There is also the option of partnering up with a friend to share the sessions. I am able to provide nutritional and lifestyle tips. At the moment sessions are all via Zoom but will be kept under review pending the Covid situation.
At the moment these are all online due to the current situation and using Zoom I am able to observe everyone during these sessions in order to correct/advance or adjust workouts accordingly. I run Body Conditioning, HIIT and Pilates Classes for all levels that can be done from the comfort of your own home. Pre and Post Natal Training
I am passionate about helping mums to be and new mums feel strong and empowered through pregnancy and beyond. Having had three children I feel personally and professionally equipped to guide ladies on an amazing healthy journey and fully appreciate the benefits of exercise through this time both physically and mentally. I offer both Personal Training and group classes for Pre and Post Natal girls.
Nutrition & Healthy Living Kickstarter
Exercise and healthy eating work in conjunction which is why I place much emphasis on diet. I offer nutritional plans, healthy eating ideas and advice and do's and don'ts when it comes to food alongside my fitness training. I also run a Healthy Living Kickstarter which is an 8 week plan to refocus one's attention on making healthy choices and lifestyle practises without the mention of a 'diet'.
