Hi and welcome to Emma Bord Personal Training.

 

As a personal trainer my aim is to help people feel good about themselves both mentally and physically through encouraging and aiding them to lead a healthy lifestyle.

 

I work with individuals and in groups offering a range of exercise techniques, from fast paced HIIT training, to Core Conditioning, TRX and Pilates. Alongside the personal training I also give nutritional advice and healthy eating plans to compliment all the gym based work that we do.

 

My work also extends to pre and post natal clients as well as those with specific medical conditions.

‘Having not exercised in 10 years I was extremely nervous about starting an exercise regime.  However I needn't have been.  Emma has completely changed my attitude towards exercise and in the 9 months I have been seeing her I have seen my fitness levels soar and my confidence increase so much so that i am running a 10k this summer. Emma is encouraging and humourous and the perfect PT, - she knows just what to say and do.... I genuinely look forward to my sessions with her and hate it if I ever have to miss a week.’

I work from my main studio in Edgware where the majority of my one to one plus all my classes take place. I also have a studio in Bushey, Hertfordshire for private or double up sessions.
