About Emma Bord Personal Trainer
I have worked as a Personal Trainer for over ten years now, with a huge variety of clients; both male and female, ranging in age and ability. My training methods include HIIT and cardio based workouts, pilates, both mat and reformer, boxing, weight training, core strengthening and conditioning. I am also fully qualified in Pre and Post Natal training and with three young children have a full understanding of the way the female body changes through this period and how to safely re-engage the body post partum. One of my key focusses is bringing together mind and body and appreciating the range of benefits that moving and exercising has on our mental health.
Alongside my training I offer nutritional advice and healthy eating plans in order to assist my clients in having a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. I work from my studios in Edgware and Bushey and most recently have shifted a lot of my work online to ensure people can keep up their workout routines from home. My hope is that training is both challenging and enjoyable at the same time.

Personal Training and Doubles
Personal Training sessions are tailored to an individual's needs, preferences and intentions, working on specific programmes to help them achieve their goals. There is also the option of partnering up with a friend to share the sessions. I am able to provide nutritional and lifestyle tips and once again there is the option of virtual training if you are not local or the covid situation continues.
At the moment these are all online due to the current situation however I have been able to run a full timetable of classes through this means and am able to see everyone and correct/advance or adjust workouts according to everyone involved. I run Body Conditioning, HIIT and Pilates Classes for all levels that can be done from the comfort of your own home. I am currently working on an online platform to provide weekly programmes and videos to allow more flexibility to clients to train from their own homes in their own time.

I am passionate about helping mums to be and new mums feel strong and empowered through pregnancy and beyond. Having had three children I feel professionally equipped to guide ladies on an amazing healthy journey and fully appreciate the benefits of exercise through this time both physically and mentally. I offer both Personal Training and group classes for Pre and Post Natal girls.
Nutrition & Healthy Living Kickstarter
Exercise and healthy eating work in conjunction which is why I place much emphasis on diet. I offer nutritional plans, healthy eating ideas and advice and do's and don'ts when it comes to food alongside my fitness training. I also run a Healthy Living Kickstarter which is an 8 week plan to refocus one's attention on making healthy choices and lifestyle practises without the mention of a 'diet'.

After having a baby by c-section my body was just not the same. I started classes with Emma and felt the results so quickly. After a few weeks I noticed the difference and was certainly much fitter and more toned. I appreciated the personal attention and alternative exercises she gave me during the class as it was tailored to my physical abilities and limitations. Emma is motivating and firm ensuring that you leave her class feeling the difference. The circuit class is particularly good incorporating cardiovascular with toning exercises. I can fully recommend her to all that want to get fit and toned for summer. If I can do it post baby so can you!'

Hey Emma, have gotten SO into your classes the last month or so - really wish I'd discovered them earlier!!! Find them easy to follow and love that there are options depending on level etc. It also helps to be on camera as I can't escape and find it super helpful to be corrected.
